July – the month of repentance

Act 17:30 31The times of ignorance therefore God overlooked; but now He commandeth men that they should all everywhere repent:  inasmuch as He hath appointed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness by the man whom He hath ordained; whereof He hath given assurance unto all men, in that He hath raised Him from the dead.

Mk. 1:15" and saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe in the gospel!"

A time has come when you can not continue the old way with your old habits and customs. It is a time to turn to the Lord with all our hearts! God is looking for a real penitence and repentance . It is an order from God to repent. It is not your choice.

Isa 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith Jehovah: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

Let Him know  what you lack, and your sins! Let the Lord judge you as a result there will be no foot place for satan, may all that is hidden be out in the open!

A day comes when everything will be revealed. It is better to confess your sins!

Isa 1:6 From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds, and bruises, and fresh stripes: they have not been closed, neither bound up, neither mollified with oil.

Stop doing evil!

Isa 1:17,19 learn to do well; seek justice, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.  If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:

Learn to do good! Then you can eat the best of the land which God has prepared for you. He is waiting for you!

Jr. 4:14  O Jerusalem, wash thy heart from wickedness, that thou mayest be saved. How long shall thine evil thoughts lodge within thee?

Wash your heart from evil! God askes: „How long  are you going to  let satan to lie to you and listen to his offers?“

Jer 15:19 Therefore thus saith Jehovah, If thou return, then will I bring thee again, that thou mayest stand before me; and if thou take forth the precious from the vile, thou shalt be as my mouth: they shall return unto thee, but thou shalt not return unto them.

If you take forth the precious from the vile, then God can use you as His mouth for the benefit of others as His messenger. People will come to you to know the truth. 

2Ti 2:21 If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honor, sanctified, meet for the master's use, prepared unto every good work 

Jer 3:22 Return, ye backsliding children, I will heal your backslidings. Behold, we are come unto thee; for thou art Jehovah our God.

God is calling you to come back.He misses the fellowship with you!

Jer 2:36 Why gaddest thou about so much to change thy way? thou shalt be ashamed of Egypt also, as thou wast ashamed of Assyria.

Don't run after every temptation and desire that satan offers you!

Jer 3:10 And yet for all this her treacherous sister Judah hath not returned unto me with her whole heart, but feignedly, saith Jehovah.

Repent from the bottom of your heart, not  feignedly!

Jer 6:8 Be thou instructed, O Jerusalem, lest my soul be alienated from thee; lest I make thee a desolation, a land not inhabited.

Let others instruct you so God wouldn't tell you one day: „And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.! (Mt. 7: 23)

Every sin is an iniquity against the Son of God – against Jesus Who suffered and died for our sins. Stop! Think about it! Your sin crucified Jesus! You have been paid for by the precious blood of the Lamb!

1Pe 1:18,19  knowing that ye were redeemed, not with corruptible things, with silver or gold, from your vain manner of life handed down from your fathers; but with precious blood, as of a lamb without spot, even the blood of Christ:

Jer 5:22 Fear ye not Me? saith Jehovah: will ye not tremble at My presence, Who have placed the sand for the bound of the sea, by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it? And though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it.  

Where is the fear of God in your life? Fear the Lord Who holds your life and future! He is waiting  for you to come home!
