Prophesied to Pastor Paul Armand
1) I, the Lord Your God, anoint you, that you would walk in the anointing
and great power. You will raise the dead. The exact same way as Satan has
taken life, you will give life, says the Lord.
2) I will give an endless anointing and it will grow when you open your
mouth and the words of the Holy Spirit flow through you. You know the
words, but the Spirit's words start flowing from your mouth, and the
Spirit's words will set captives free and destroy the chains of
unrighteousness. God's child, learn to know this day, because I anoint
your life, words, mind and spirit. You will go with my protection, says
the Lord.
3) Father God, you anointed this day, as a time of grace testing. You said
it clearly then and gave the direction. You give the word and anoint our
steps. You let the whole mankind know their opportunity to be free today
and forever. Lord Jesus, we believe that you give them a special anointing
and power, the presence of the Holy Spirit. Glorify your name leading
their ways!
4) My son, expect to see that day, because it will be the fulfillment of
the Scripture that all the saints have longed to see. God's power will
reveal to my people, what I have commanded before the creation of the
world. You will start acting out the single functions of My hand. The
Spirit of the Living God will start flowing through you without measure as
you have never seen it before. This anointing is already rising to fulfill
the work. I give you the authority and fill you with the power of Israel's
Holy One. You will be amazed how God's power will start flowing through
you, so that you'll fulfill what He has said before the creation of the
world. As I said, God's power has risen in you and wants to flow through
you. All the saints have wanted to see this day, for it is the fulfillment
of the Scripture.
5) There are a few things God showed me. The new word will come from your
mouth like fire and you are like God's sword. God's word will go out and
God's fire will destroy the sinful heart. It will bear fruit. I'm certain
that I sensed what I was able to see: how the spiritual flame will come
among people, touch them and serve them. God showed me the places where
you will serve: Norway, Sweden, Stockholm, Denmark, Copenhagen, Germany:
Bonn, Berlin; Poland, Check Republic, Slovakia and the Ukraine. You will
serve in all these places and everywhere the Spirit's fire touches people.
6) I also saw that it is a consuming, cleansing fire. I saw you carrying a
banner in the wind, it is like fire and fire is behind it and it will
bring glory. Everywhere you go the fire will go, it will not end, because
it's God's not man's movement. It's exactly as Peter said, it will be
created by God, not him. That's why you cannot leave it undone, although
Satan will try to oppose.
7) When we prayed, I saw how God took your hands and sealed with a seal
what He had done in your lives. He says about the seal: you will feel
courage, obedience, sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and love. But I give
you the authority to create something new, God influences people to create
something new. It is like technology, which is constantly developing and
looking for newness. This technology is developing and becoming smaller
and more powerful. New technology gives new opportunities. The same way I
will seal what I told you. Not only courage, not only the Word, not only
sensitivity to Me, listening to Me and you answering. I will start
creating something new and My Spirit will accomplish it.
8) Paul, I can see a vision. I see your wineskins filled with fire, it is
the fire of the Holy Spirit. I see how this fire goes out with your every
step and sets the church on fire. This is the fire of the Holy Spirit , it
is in you. It is nothing of you, it is the fire of the Holy Spirit . It
will bring thousands to Christ, the Spirit's fire will bring them.

1. Know, that I have called you! I anointed you and now I give you the
authority, says the Lord.
And now I send you out with the authority of God's Word that is working in
your life. Know that I will give such power, gentleness and love to your
unrefined words that they melt stony hearts. I will give you the voice of
the prophet, apostolic authority and righteousness(power), says God, the
Voice that will be listened to and taken into account. Know that the
rulers of the nations will come to you and ask you to speak to
parliaments, kings and rulers. Know that this is the hour when I have
anointed you and sent you to show the Father's good works, who has called
you to show the love of the Father God, who has saved you, to show the
power of His love. I have given a gift to your heart and mind, a gift to
understand the love of the Father God, as you have never understood
before, for love covers the multitude of sins. Let love be the banner that
is lifted up high above you. Let love be most important and always with
you! And I am Love and in that love I satisfy all the needs of your life.
And your ministry will be known as the ministry of love.
2. There is another word for you, brother.
Just as Paul served in his time, following in obedience and understanding
what he believed in, so in the last days God will put you like Paul going
in the same authority. He saw Paul's strivings and He sees desires. Now
God will work powerfully through you to spread the Gospel. You will become
fearless, for you know that you must fear your God, you'll see God's
power, which will powerfully fulfill God's word through you. You'll change
lives, bring true freedom and help people to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
Stand, be strong, be sure and independent! I want to use you powerfully
and more than you have ever dreamt.

Heavenly Father, You have anointed this day as a day of dedication. The
time when our brother was with us was a time of grace trial. You spoke
your word clearly and gave the direction. You gave many clear words, which
anoint Paul' steps and his way. You spoke that he will take this banner to
take this banner to the nations of the world. Lord Jesus, we decide in
agreement to send them out with Your special anointing and the presence of
the Holy Spirit, which will follow them, be with them and guide all their
steps
The following prophesies have been spoken out by Pastor Foster, David
Foster, Dotty Bonar and Potty Hildebrand at Pastor Foster's house in a
prayer meeting on March 24th , 1998.
The pastor said that God will give Paul three businesses to help his
ministry. One of them is publishing. It will start off as very small and
will grow.
He said that Paul will go to Poland and God will start to use him to
destroy the thick wall of darkness between Polish Catholic Church, the
people and government.
David said that he saw the same vision, but he didn't see that it was
Poland. David said that he saw covers which were torn up and long and
revealed groups of people. These people are in darkness and Paul will
bring them God's light.
Pastor Foster said that Paul will be a vessel in Full Gospel Businessmen's
meetings to organize them in places where they have not been started.
David said that Paul is not afraid of anything that is bigger than his
understanding or is not able to control. Paul may feel small but he does
not feel fear.
Petty said that Paul is carrying a burning torch and he went to burn the
lies of the world. He will put this torch on people's lips who speak lies
and burn the lies when they come from their lips.
Pastor saw Paul sitting on a horse. He called Paul a rider of freedom, who
rides the whole Europe in the power of God's word.
Dotty said also that she saw Paul like their Paul Revere who rode through
the country during the American revolution, warning little villages of the
Brittish coming.
Paul will ride in Europe carrying God's word to set people free. The
pastor said that freedom riders were carrying a banner, "Free
Europe" was written on it.
Pastor Foster said that Paul will have programs at many radio stations.
He said that many businessmen will sponsor Paul ministry.
Paul will write more than any other European author, even more than Martin
Luther.
He will start to proclaim flourishing and success to businessmen to help
them in their problems.
Then they will start supporting his ministry.
Pastor Foster spoke in the church service, that Paul has a special
anointing and he will be an European Billy Graham.
David Foster, the pastor's son, saw the elephant and mouse syndrome. The
mouse was chasing the elephant.
The explanation was that it doesn't matter how big the opposition is, it
will flee from Paul.
