Warm greetings to you from City church in Tallinn!

We are a new, progressive and growing church.  Our church was registered in the 14 of June 2001 at the Word of the Lord .

Our pastor Paul Armand answered to Gods divine call and was anointed and ordained in the home church  in America to fulfill Gods mission .

During his 20 years of walking with the Lord, pastor Paul has preached in  12 countries of the world. The Lord has used Him powerfully in the healing ministry and in the prophetical ministry.

In the last few years Pastor Paul with his evangelical team has preached the gospel: In Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Greece, South- Africa, Kenya and USA.  

Pastor Paul preaches pure and whole gospel. He is demanding to himself and to others who want to follow the Lord.

Pastor Paul loves to repeat: «You need to give all of you to the Lord  not 99,9% and do it fervently».

Pastor Paul is a loving and caring pastor but also strict if needed.

Sermons by pastor Paul are full of wisdom and heavenly revelations. He is a fervent and flaming preacher of the Word of God.

Ella Armand pastors wife is his helper and faithful friend. The whole family of the pastors - his wife and four children serve the Lord .
