When was the last time you laughed so that your whole body was shaking?

Laughter is one of the fastest ways to relieve stress and tension, to switch to positivity. It has been established that even the slightest laughter is good for health. Laughter is one wonderful “thing” that is so contagious and always has a positive effect. Laughter dilates capillaries, which improves the blood and oxygen supply to all cells, usually increases the body’s biochemical processes and activates metabolism. That is why laughter has always been considered the healthiest aspect of human life. Infectious laughter is a physical activity.

Japanese medical researchers say:

Laughter changes the composition and quality of blood.

Laughter activates the diaphragm as an up and down pump, which in turn stimulates the heart and the digestive system.

Laughter also regulates the excretion of enzymes and other bioactive substances in the endocrine system.

It is said that this person, who is made to laugh by his own little mishaps, is completely healthy and does not suffer from depression. One minute of laughter strengthens the human immune system for 24 hours. Five minutes of laughter adds to the lifespan of three days.
