The mystery of the woman in Proverbs 31:18 is solved. Who is this unreal woman? Is this the collective image of women at the time or a real example to all of us? Be that as it may, today I would like to share with you an interesting observation which, helps us to obtain bread like the merchant ships from afar and acquire a vineyard and a field.
“She sees that her results are good, and her lamp does not go out at night..” Proverbs 31:18 (Estonian Bible)
Her results are good
It doesn’t matter what kind of profession we are talking about, whether raising children or ministry, doing business or working. It is very important for a woman to feel that her work is valuable, that her work is beneficial, that her efforts are important.
And the key word here is – sees, that means no one is telling her about it, no one is inspiring her today and she notices it herself, she has an inner understanding of why she is doing this?
If a woman has chosen to stay at home with her children instead of pursuing a career, she feels it is an invaluable time she wants to spend with her children, laying a wonderful foundation for their faith, values and priorities.
If a woman feels happier in her business, ministry or career, that’s great. She then gives her children the best example of leadership, determination and accomplishment.
I have been in these two areas for quite some time and I want to tell you that there is no right answer to being a great woman and a caring mother. The main thing is that the woman is happy to see that her results are good. I didn’t know, I didn’t understand, I just noticed! What do you notice?
And then we see the little secret of this superbness: “Her lamp does not go out even at night”
She does not want to waste a single minute and uses her time as efficiently as possible. When daylight dims, she continues to do her household chores, but in the light of a lamp that prolongs the day.
Her lamp gave her an advantage over those who did not burn it!
Her lamp compensated for the lack of daylight, thus adding even more time to daylight hours!
Her lamp enabled her to perform important tasks and duties skillfully!
The lamp made her life easier, speeded up and gave her an advantage over others!
If we only had such a wonderful lamp to do more, such a lamp would be as efficient as possible, a lamp that would bring success and prosperity.
I have great news for you, we have such a lamp and it…

Every day – walking in the dark is uncomfortable.

I’ve tried, but I don’t understand anything…
