From the moment the Almighty touched my heart and resurrected me to a life of faith, I have been asking myself one question. And I think I’m not alone, but many are looking for an answer to this question.
“Who can stay in the House of God, on His mountain?”
The question arises not from a simple one, one wants to be able to be in His House, one wants to be as the Creator pleases.
And here is the answer! King David was also looking for an answer to this question and found it! Thank God that King David did not hide this from us, but placed it in the Holy Scripture so that we all have the opportunity to change ourselves and strive for closeness with the Almighty!
“Lord, who may dwell in your sacred tent?
Who may live on your holy mountain?
2 The one whose walk is blameless
who does what is righteous,
who speaks the truth from their heart;
3 whose tongue utters no slander,
who does no wrong to a neighbor,
and casts no slur on others;
4 who despises a vile person
but honors those who fear the Lord;
who keeps an oath even when it hurts,
and does not change their mind;
5 who lends money to the poor without interest;
who does not accept a bribe against the innocent.
Whoever does these things
will never be shaken.”
Psalms 15:1-5
Dear all, blessings and shalom to your hearts! May thanksgiving and gratitude continue to flow from our hearts! And let our deeds glorify the Creator!
