Benjamin Turkia, who lived in Israel for a long time: “I see the fulfillment of prophecies”

Bible teacher Benjamin Turkia, who has lived in Israel for 35 years, believes that many Old Testament prophecies are being fulfilled in our time. Globalization’s efforts to unite Israel and the Arab states through common treaties is a painful process.

The events of October 7 make Benjamin Turkia, a Bible teacher living in Jerusalem, sad. The attack by Hamas on the 50th anniversary of the Yom Kippur War came as a complete surprise to ordinary Israelis.

“We are used to trusting effective border guards, the army and artificial intelligence used in defense. The idea of surprise was completely impossible. People are angry and shocked. How could this happen?” shares Turkey.

But now is not the time for answers. The ultimate causes of defense failure will only be dealt with when the war is over.

War and peace overlap

In Jerusalem, the shocked townspeople live seemingly normal everyday lives. Shops are open and people rush to work.

“The sun is shining, you can go to a street café with your friends. If there is an air raid, we go to the shelter. Of course, the situation is different in the border areas. People have been evacuated from there and no one is sleeping peacefully because of the rockets.”

According to Turkia, the violence of Hamas terrorists was so heinous that it is almost impossible for the common man to imagine it.

These acts are acts of horror that many terrorists committed while under the influence of strong drugs. Just like the Nazis. They went on like animals. Hamas fighters raped wives in front of their husbands, burned their children to death in ovens and murdered their fathers.

The Abraham Accords as a starting point

Turkia understands the relevance of current events to the Abraham Accords, which Israel and several Arab countries signed in 2020. For example, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates entered into a diplomatic and historical alliance with Israel.

“Israel hopes that Saudi Arabia will establish peaceful relations with it. Saudi Arabia, on the other hand, expects Israel to take steps to sign a peace treaty with Palestine.

This would advance the World Economic Forum’s tried-and-tested Agenda 2030 program. However, it does not respect the God of the Bible, quite the opposite,” Turkia claims.

The Messiah is knocking on the door

The Abraham Accords Agreement contains references to dividing the state of Israel between Israel and Palestine. According to Turkia, dividing the Promised Land into two states is against the spiritual nature of Israel.

“I understand that in the near future Israel will be pushed into a corner and pressured into a peace treaty where it will have to make concessions against the Word of the Bible.”

When teaching the Bible, Turkia explains this chain of events by referring to Old Testament prophecies such as Isaiah 8:9-10, Isaiah 28:14-20, Daniel 9:27, and Joel 3:2.

He urges believers to be vigilant.

“We live in a time that is bright and difficult at the same time. The situation is like that of the ten virgins who went to meet the bridegroom. Not everyone had oil in their lamps.”

Instead of sowing fear, he encourages:

“Messiah is knocking on the door. His victory is greater than any other. Let us stay close to God and fulfill His commandments through love. Let us live in the field of His love, study the Word and praise Him.”
